The FLIR A500f enhances the environmental capabilities of the FLIR A500 camera and offers IP67 rating while maintaining high radiometric performance. The camera is configured as an Advanced Smart Sensor with the visual camera activated.
The camera supports all necessary protocols required for industrial integration into HMI/SCADA systems as well as ONVIF-S compliance for integration with Video Management Systems. Typical applications include monitoring of waste treatment plants with a risk of spontaneous fires and monitoring of substations with critical components.
The FLIR A500f is capable of detecting very small temperature differences and triggering alarms based on temperature thresholds. Alarms are easily available via MQTT, REST API, Modbus TCP (Client/Server), ONVIF-S and the digital I/O interface.
