The Extech TM55 is a foldable food thermometer that fits in your pocket. This compact thermometer with a 61 mm stainless steel probe is NSF certified for measuring liquids, pastes, and semi-solid foods. The TM55 has a measuring range of -40°C to 250°C with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The thermometer comes with a built-in magnetic strip that can be attached to refrigerators and a CR2032 battery.
